North Fork Quinault River 7-27-03

My wife Christina fishing the North fork of the Quinault. Enjoying a beautiful sunny day.

A doe and fawn crossing the river.

Another shot.

Ducks shooting the rapids.

Another victim of the muddler. This is my first ever Dolly Varden.

Quinault River Dolly Varden. These guys really fight hard.

These beautiful fish are protected and should always be promptly released. I did manage to get three pictures. WOW! Talk about exciting.

Fish On!

Ditto!

It's all good.

After a short break we decide to walk out to the road and back to the truck.

Springboard notches left in this old cedar stump reveal a bit of history about this area.
Another great Day in Gods Country.
